Letter From FATHER DREW OLSON
St. James Catholic School has a tremendous legacy of providing strong education as well as formation of character and faith in our young people. For over 115 years, we have been working to shape young minds and hearts.
The school faculty and staff aim to go the extra mile. As a vital part of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Pastorate community, our school wants to form disciples of Jesus Christ, believing that life in Christ is what's best for everyone. At the same time, we cultivate a deep respect for each and every human person, acknowledging the diversity of the human family. We are thrilled to have students from many different racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.
We strive to help our children to recognize what is Good, True, and Beautiful and to desire to be leaders in our world, not just passive bystanders. With the help of prayer, the wonderful example of their teachers, and a solid education, our students leave St. James ready to succeed in high school, university, and life.
I hope you get a chance to visit our school and meet some of our staff and students. You will know immediately that the saying "The little school with a big heart" is not just a saying at St. James; it is a reality. We'd love to have the opportunity to serve your child.
Many blessings to you and yours!
Sincerely,
Father Drew Olson
