We love visitors. However, to keep our students safe and respect the time of our staff, we ask potential families to complete the following admissions steps before “dropping in.”

After we get to know you and your student(s), we will set up a time for you to tour the school to meet our staff and students.

Complete the online enrollment checklist/packet and financial information in FACTS.

Tuition

St. James Catholic School offers a variety of flexible payment plans for both parishioners* and non-parishioners. Tuition payments are managed through FACTS automated payment system. The school offers a 50% new student discount for the first school year regardless of income level(kindergarten-8th grade students only). Tuition scholarships are given on the recommendations of FACTS, as long as funds are available. In addition, financial assistance is objectively based on the cost of tuition and the family's ability to pay.
