Mary Anderson, Social Studies & Religion Teacher
Hello! My name is Mary Anderson and I am the Social Studies and Religion teacher in the Middle School. I am also the 8th Grade Homeroom teacher. I started working at St. James in 2015. I graduated with Honors from St. Norbert College in 2014, with a degree in History and certifications in Secondary Education and Social Studies. I am currently writing my Master’s thesis for a Master of Science in History through the University of Edinburgh. I love teaching at SJS, we have an amazing supportive community with a family first attitude. Our wonderful students make learning fun and challenging. This is a community not just a school and I relish that approach. Outside of school, I love spending time with my dog Sherman, skiing, enjoying all the fun activities Madison has to offer and traveling when I can. Welcome to St. James!
