GOALS
  • To educate each child to have an awareness of and reverence for their relationship to God, their church, themselves, their peers and to the society in which we live.
  • To encourage children to believe in themselves and to set goals in order to handle the new challenges in education and life.
  • To respect self, others and our environment
EXPECTATIONS OF TEACHERS
  • That teachers help build a faith community rooted in prayer, mission and service
  • That they teach students in a variety of styles, using relevant material
  • That teachers help students gain stability and a sense of belonging by the creation of a warm, friendly and secure group setting
  • That they help improve feelings of self-worth by offering positive experiences for students in an atmosphere that allows self-expression and acceptance of differences
  • That teachers provide for opportunities for student participation in wide variety of experiences
EXPECTATIONS OF PARENTS
  • That parents realize that they are an essential element in the school-parent team
  • That they maintain communication and an open relationship with the school staff
  • That they reinforce in their children attitudes of accepting, believing and caring
  • That parents become involved in volunteering at school
